Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Pick up from Jomo Kenyatta Airport

Pick up from Jomo Kenyatta Airport: On day 1, you will be picked from the Airport by one of our safari drive/guide and before embarking to Maasa Mara, you will first have a short briefing about the 6 days Kenya Classic Safari Tour. Our trip will first lead us in the south western Kenya at the edge of the rift valley areas. The drive will take about 5 hours with a scenic stopover at Great Rift Valley. You will arrive in Masai Mara in time for lunch, check into the lodge /camp and have lunch.

Afternoon game drive: After lunch depart for an afternoon game drive. While on your game drive in safari vehicle, you can be able to view big game such as cheetah, serval, elephants, impala, coke’s hartebeest, jackals, duikers and if you tend to visit the park between August to October, you can have a great viewing of migration wildebeest thus making unforgettable experience in life time. Back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Game drive and Horseback safari in Masai Mara

Morning game drive: Wake up early in the morning, have breakfast, your driver, will drive you to the park with a guide who will explain to you the park history and locating you to right place of viewing big game in the park. Morning game drive is the best time of seeing big range of animals when they haven’t gone back from their hide outs. Return to the lodge for lunch as you review the morning sights, rest for a while.

Horseback safari: Later afternoon, go for horseback safari which is the best way of adventuring the wilderness of Masai Mara land scape as you enjoy the fresh breeze of the nature and if it is time for natural event of migration it goes beyond on what you expected to see, it can be carried out by trained ranger. Back to the lodge for dinner and Overnight stay in the camp to used.

Day 3: Transfer to Lake Naivasha

Transfer to Lake Naivasha: Wake up early morning and enjoy a short morning game drive in the park. Back to the lodge /camp have heavy breakfast and check out of the Masai Mara. At 10:30 depart to Lake Naivasha, a journey that takes about 5 hours’ drive to access the park.

You will arrive at the park check in to your camp/lodge and go for Boat Ride to Crescent Island where you can even do nature walk next to zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, waterbucks, antelopes and view many beautiful birds. Return to the lodge/camp in Naivasha for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Lake Naivasha to Amboseli

Transfer to Amboseli: You will wake up, have breakfast, check out of the lodge. Then depart to Amboseli which is about 5 hours’ drive, upon arrival check into the lodge, have lunch as you get ready for afternoon game drive in Amboseli.

Game drive: On your game drive experience, you can be able to watch large herds of elephants, Thomson’s grants, gazelles, jackals, lions, fringed eared, aardwolf, waterbucks, serval cat’s hippos among others. You can do game drives till about 6:00PM before returning to your camp/lodge for refreshment, dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 5: Morning game drive and Nature photography in Amboseli

Game drive: After breakfast, depart for morning game drives where you will be able to see other species you missed out in the evening game drive. At around 10:30 Am. Return back to lodge to relax and have lunch.

Nature Photography: Late afternoon, proceed for nature photography along the shadow of majestically mountain Kilimanjaro which is a snow capped mountain and get rewarded with perfect nature photography for your life remembrance, you can capture photos as you listen to the roar of lions and lightning speed of cheetahs in the bush hunting. Return back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay in first selected lodge.

Day 6: Amboseli to Nairobi

Morning game: Wake up early in the morning and proceed for game drives at around 6:15 Am till 9:00 AM, in this early morning time, you can be able to come across species you missed in the evening game drive like hynes, cheetah, lions, elephants, buffalos among others. Then after, head back to camp/lodge for breakfast, check out from lodge and proceed to Nairobi to be dropped to your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to catch up your flight.
