Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Transfer from Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

Transfer to Amboseli: Depending on your location, our driver/guide will pick you, takes you through a short briefing about the 9 Days wildlife Kenya safaris. Then after, you will set off to Amboseli national park a journey that takes 4 hours’ drive to access its main destination. You will go winding with rewardable sightseeing of country side. Arrive at the park in time, check into the lodge /camp and have lunch as you get ready for nature walk.

Nature walk: After lunch, go for Masai guided nature walk in Masai Village which is so close to the park. You will be able to learn about their unique lifestyle of this tribe and their hospital nature, rich in culture.

Day 2: Full Day Game Drive in Amboseli

Full Day Game Drive: Wake up early have breakfast with delicious snacks. After, your driver, drives you to the park’s savannah with packed lunch in order to enjoy your guided full game drive without interruption of driving back for lunch. You will be able to adventure all the park’s wildlife and also enjoy clear photo shooting of herds of elephants while the fascinating Mount Kilimanjaro in the background. At around afternoon, you will enjoy your picnic lunch from an exclusive area surrounded by the wild game. Then continue the game drive in search for more wildlife. In the evening hours, you will have a leisurely stop for evening tea as you get amazed about the brilliant sunset a chilled sundowner. You will still continue to undertake through a night game drive to search for nocturnal animals of Amboseli like Caracals, bat-eared foxes and aardvarks which have been hiding all day. Back to the lodge for late dinner and Comfortable Overnight in the same lodge/Camp.

Day 3: Flight Transfer to Laikipia

Flight Transfer to Laikipia: You will wake up early, have breakfast before you transfer to the nearby airstrip for a flight to Nairobi at Wilson Airport to catch up your connecting flight to Laikipia. You will arrive and be welcomed by a professional guide and transfer on a leisure drive to the camp/Lodge in OI Pejeta Conservancy for lunch.

Game drive: After, go for afternoon game drive in the Conservancy and look out for carnivores that often patrol the area. As the day turn into evening, you will make a stop to watch the sunset as it paints the sky with a myriad of colors.

Day 4: Full Day Exploring OI Pejeta Conservancy

Full Day Exploring the Conservancy: Wake up early, have breakfast and go visit to the chimpanzee sanctuary. This conservancy covers more than 60,000 acres of wilderness that inhabits arrange of wild animals, including lions, elephants and rhinos. Continue with guided bush walk which is thrilling experience of tracking wild animals from their spoors and interpreting the spoors in order to understand the kind of mammal that passed by while you were asleep. Back to the lodge for dinner before embarking on a night game drive.

Night game drive: After early dinner, embark for a night game drive to search for nocturnal animals. You will be guided with an experienced local guide and explore some rare critters such as striped polecat, aardwolf if you’re lucky you see leopards. Return for overnight stay in same lodge you used.

Day 5: Flight Transfer to the Masai Mara

Flight Transfer to Masai Mara: Wake up early to the bush sweat sounds of call birds for a game drive. After, return to the lodge for breakfast and head to the local airstrip for a flight transfer to the world famous Masai Mara. Your drive guide will be on waiting at the airport in Mara and be transferred to the Camp on OI Kinyei Conservancy which is surrounded with open plain featuring riverine forests, springs, bubbling streams and river as well as having a spectacular views of the rolling hills a cross Mara. Have lunch

Afternoon game drive: Later on, go for game drive in Mara plains and be able to adventure a wide number of wildlife in the rolling savannah as to also take some cold sundowners.

Day 6: Full Day Game Drive

Full day game drive: Wake up early, have breakfast with biscuits and depart for game drive with picnic lunch in Masai Mara and expect to explore a wild range of African wild game such as the big fives like the leopards, lions, buffaloes and rhino. Enjoy your picnic lunch around Mara River with great of wildlife species, continue with search for wildlife. Late Evening, drive back to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay in the same lodge /camp you used.

Day 7: Morning Air balloon

Morning Air Balloon: Wake up early in the morning, have breakfast and go for Morning air balloon safari in the flat pains of the Masai Mara to allow you explore the area in an aerial view thus making your safari more rewarding. Return to the lodge /camp relax at the lodge and have lunch.

Game drive: Later on, drive for evening game drive in Maasai Mara plains where you can be able to explore a wide range of animals such as buffaloes, elephants, wildebeests, zebras, gazelles, hippos, birds among others. Return for dinner and overnight stay in the same Camp/lodge

Day 9: Final Game drive /Transfer to the Airstrip

Game drive: Wake up on lazy morning, enjoy your breakfast, go for morning game drive viewing and if it’s the right season for the great migration of wildebeest the experience goes beyond than the expectation. Back to the lodge for lunch and check out. You will transfer to the airstrip for a flight to Nairobi at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to catch up with an evening flight back home.
