Naro Moru lodge

The lodge is located on the banks of the Naro Moru River, which empties into the Ewaso Ngiro River after passing past Naro Moru town and the Lewis Glacier on Mount Kenya. Biking or half-day excursions, visits to wildlife conservancies like Ol Pejeta, retracing Kenyan history to the Mau Mau Caves, Barden Powell’s burial, bird viewing, and mountain hikes are also excellent ways to engage with the local population. Ol Pejeta House

Located at the heart of the secluded Ol Pejeta Conservancy, this exquisitely presented home was once the exclusive ranch home of multimillionaire Adnan Kashoggi. You can enter Meru National Park in a matter of minutes from this fantastic Kenya safari destination, which is only 2.5 kilometres from Murera Gate on the Meru road. Compared to many tented campgrounds that charge far more for significantly less, the semi-luxurious tents (with Wi-Fi) are incredibly affordable.
