5 days Amboseli and Diani safari is a massive safari that takes you to two different safari destinations while offering both wildlife and beach safari. Then Amboseli national park will offer you the perfect wildlife viewing safaris while spotting the five big five mammals like lions, buffaloes, rhinos, elephants and leopards and beautiful views of Mount Kilimanjaro and then to Diani safari where you will relax your minds while participating in various beach activities like swimming, sailing, diving and among others. The safari starts in Nairobi and ends in Nairobi.
Day 1: Nairobi to Amboseli National Park.
On the first day of the safari, your safari guide from Focus East Africa Tours will pick you at the airport Jomo Kenyatta International Airport upon arrival or hotel within Nairobi, drive towards Amboseli national park. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge, relax for an afternoon game drive.
On the game drive in the plains of Amboseli National Park, you will enjoy views of the wide open grass plains with the famous Mt. Kilimanjaro in the background the highest mountain in Africa. The plains of Amboseli dotted with scattered acacia bush host various wildlife including lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, buffaloes, giraffes and diverse wildlife. Later, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: full day game drive.
After early morning breakfast at your lodge then head to Amboseli National Park for a full day of exploration with the park’s diverse landscapes and wildlife. Amboseli National Park is a home to a wide range of wildlife species such as large herds of African elephants, lions, wildebeests, giraffes, zebras, antelopes and many more which you will spot while on the full game drive. At lunch you will either drive back to your lodge or have picnic lunch set in the grasslands of the park, after lunch you will have another game drive exploring more of Amboseli National Park. In the evening you will head back to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.
Day 3: Amboseli to Diani.
On the 3rd of the safari, wake up early in the morning and be served with a hearty breakfast, after the breakfast you will check out from your lodge and meet your safari guide and begin your journey to Diani beach with the enroute lunch. After lunch proceed with your journey to Diani once upon you arrive you will check in the lodge and later relax at the beach or opt to do water sports and activities like boat trips, snorkeling, sky diving and among others. After the experience you will go back to your lodge for dinner, relaxation and overnight stay.
Day 4: Full day Diani.
On the 4th day of the safari, wake up early in the morning and be served with breakfast, after breakfast you will start your full day relaxation at the beach that is enjoying in various water sports, participating in camel rides. And you will be served with lunch. After lunch you will as well do other optional excursions to nearby attractions like Colobus Conservation, Kaya Kinondo forest and among others. After the full day you will be transferred back to your lodge for dinner, relaxation and overnight stay.
Day 5: Departure.
On the last day of the safari, wake up early in the morning and be served with breakfast, you will check out from your lodge and begin your journey to Nairobi with an enroute lunch. After lunch you will proceed to Nairobi and once you arrive you will be dropped either at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or to your hotel in Nairobi.
