8 Days Amboseli, Lake Nakuru & Masai Mara Luxury Safari: On this 8-day safari, witness all five African Big Five species up close and experience a completely new side of nature. Explore Kenya’s top parks, spanning from the country’s southern region to its northern corridor. The safari starts in Nairobi and ends in Nairobi.

Detailed itinerary.

Day 1: Arrival.
On the first day of the safari. Upon arrival at the airport and clearing with the immigration department, you will be met by your driver guide from Focus East Africa Tours at the waiting place in the arrivals with warm welcome help you with the luggage and transfer in the safari vehicle. After receiving a brief explanation of our eight-day Amboseli Lake Nakuru Masai mara safari luxury itinerary, you will be driven to a hotel in the Nairobi city. Depending on your arrival time, we may also include a city tour on this day. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Nairobi to Amboseli National Park.
After your breakfast, your driving guide will pick you up and take you on a day’s adventure to the Amboseli National Park, where we will pass through both large and small Maasai towns and villages.
Afternoon game drive: This is one of the parks where you can see Mt Kilimanjaro, the highest free-standing mountain in the world. We will check into our lodge for late lunch refreshments and then go on an exciting 8-day Amboseli Lake Nakuru Masai mara safari, beginning in the evening with a warm-up game drive featuring African wildlife you will spot incredible animal species like buffaloes, elephants, gazelles, lions, leopards, and among many others without forgetting the various bird species. After the experience you will go back to your lodge for dinner, relaxation and overnight stay.

Day 3: Full day in Amboseli National Park.
This will be a genuine safari experience spanning 8 days in Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, and Masai Mara. Wake up early in the morning and be served with a delicious breakfast, meet your safari guide and go for the full day experience in Amboseli national park starting with a morning game drive to spot the early risers and after the experience you will go back to the lodge for lunch. After lunch you will come back for the afternoon game drive to spot the various animal species including the big five mammals, sighting of the background of Mount Kilimanjaro and many other attractions. After the experience you will go back to your lodge for dinner, relaxation and overnight stay.

Day 4: Amboseli to Lake Nakuru.
On the fourth day of the safari. Wake up early in the morning and take a hearty breakfast, check out from your lodge and transfer to Lake Nakuru, which is named from the large number of flamingos that inhabit there. We will have beautiful scenic views on our way to this park have stop over at the Great Rift Valley escarpment view then proceed to our lodge for lunch. After lunch you will go for the afternoon game drive where you are going to spot the various wildlife. After the experience you will go back to your lodge for dinner, relaxation and overnight stay.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru.

On the fifth day of the safari. Get up early in the morning and take a delicious breakfast. Meet your safari guide for the whole day safari experience in Lake Nakuru. Morning game drive and afternoon game drive to view different animals especially the Black and white Rhinos, other game include Rothschild Giraffe , Baboons, Monkeys, Waterbuck, Buffaloes and more. Dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Nakuru to Masai Mara.

On the sixth day of the safari. Get up early in the morning and take breakfast and then meet your safari guide. Depart Lake Nakuru for African greatest game reserve Masai Mara driving through the Great Rift Valley passed Mt Longonot one of the extinct volcanoes. The drive takes you around 5 -6 hours depending on the stop overs enroute, we will reach to our lodge for lunch and some refreshments as we feel the different atmosphere of the Masai area which can be very hot and dry season and very cold in wet seasons.

In the afternoon you will enjoy a game drive around the reserve to see the Big Five of Africa: lions, leopards, buffalos, rhinos, and elephants. You’ll also see thousands of other animals, including zebras, wildebeests, gazelles, and others and various bird species. After the afternoon game drive you will drive back to the lodge for dinner, relaxation and overnight stay.

Day 7: Masai Mara.

Enjoy an early breakfast before heading to the best of eight days of Amboseli Lake Nakuru for a Masai Mara Safari. Here, you can witness the yearly remarkable migration of thousands of wildebeest and zebras, as well as large, crocodiles ambushing their prey in the river, lions, and other predators waiting on the riverbank for the animals to cross. Only the fittest will survive in this situation. It’s only your timing natters a lot as we make sure your trip is planned at the right time for the action as we cover all East Africa. Dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Masai Mara to Nairobi.
On the last day of the safari, get up early in the morning and take a hearty breakfast. Depending on the time of your flight we can have brief morning game drive before head back to the airport for your flight back home.
