Accommodation at Kibo safari camp
Kibo camp comprises of 73 self-contained tents used in offering accommodation to the camp’s visitors, these rooms are categorized as single, double, triple and family rooms. Each of these room contains a custom designed beds made from Local materials such as bush logs for the comfort of the guest. These rooms are situated in the tents and each tent features an en-suite bathroom with flush toilets, showers and wash basins. The showers are for both hot and cold waters.
Single tent
Single tent is for an occupancy of an individual and features a single spacious bed
Double tent
Double tent is for an occupancy of 2 people and most suitable for a couple as it comprises of 1 extra-large double bed.
Triple tent
Triple tent is for an occupancy of 3 individuals and the tent comprises of 3 single beds, this room is suitable of a group of 3 on a visit to Amboseli national park.
Family tent
Family tent is a suitable accommodation for a family of a group of visitors, this tent is for an occupancy of 4 people and it features 2 single beds and 1 large bed.

How to get Kibo safari camp
Getting to Kibo safari camp is done on several route such as Emali route and Via Namanga.
Emali route: Emali route branches from Mombasa route to your right on Loitoktok road at Emali just after the flyover, continue to straight to Kimana town and after Kimana town turn on the right leading to Kimana gate. When you reach Kimana gate, do not enter the park, there is a signage of Kibo camp just on your left.
Note: when using Emali route, avoid using irimito gate
Via Namanga (Kenya/Tanzania border): Using the route it is a drive of about 4 hours from Nairobi of about 278 square kilometers.
