Manjaro Tented camp

Manjaro Tented camp is a mid-range accommodation found at Kimana gate, outside the Main entrance of Amboseli national park. The camp is in the perfect location with the stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro. The park is big, covering a 3000 square km area in Kenya and across the borders of Tanzania.

You can  either be in the park by road or  air  transport which takes about  240km  driving  Nairobi -arusha road through Meshanani gate and 228 km on the Nairobi-Mombasa road, or 45 minutes to fly from Nairobi to the close Amboseli airstrip.

The camp is convenient and business-friendly for Kenya safari adventures for tourists and travelers visiting the park   with its breathtaking views of Mt. Kilimanjaro ( africa’s highest mountain) and surrounding areas.

The Manjaro tented camp consists of  4  comfortable rooms overlooking  the stunning view of Mt. Kilimanjaro, built in African traditional  style   with grass thatched roof  and local wood.  Rooms are well decorated with en suite facilities of flushing toilets, Mosquito nets, hot/cold separated running showers, free toiletries, white pillows, complimentary bottled water, slippers, and other facilities.

Rooms have verandas, sitting areas and terraces with a cozy atmosphere; you relax while overlooking the beautiful view of Mount Kilimanjaro and animals visiting the camp especially elephants and the surrounding wilderness. The camp has comfortable rooms with clean and washed beddings.   Tents are in different sizes with single beds for individuals, double beds, twins and family rooms.  The camp has fireplaces where guests relax and share stories about the safari; it also provides warmth to guests during chill weather.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served by well-organized and friendly staff. you can still have meals in any place of your choice, either in the dining areas  overlooking the stunning Mt. Kilimanjaro or in the bush overlooking the stars in the sky or enjoying morning  sunrises for bush breakfast.

 The services include laundry, airport pickups and drop-offs, walking night safaris, ample parking space, and spacious, comfortable rooms with private facilities.
