Payment Terms.
A deposit of 75% of the total invoice price shall be paid by the agreed upon date. The balance shall be paid immediately after the function. In a situation where a client has credit facilities, a service contract must be signed before services are rendered and the full amount paid within the time given by the credit agreement.
Cancellation Policy.
48 hours or less prior to the event 75% cancellation fee on anticipated loss.
7 days or less prior to the event 50% cancellation fee on anticipated loss.
14 days or less prior to the event 25% cancellation fee on anticipated loss.
