The red house is a budget accommodation found 15km away from Amboseli National park Kenya region and 16km from Amboseli airport Kenya region. The house is situated in a perfect location overlooking the boasting mountain views (Kilimanjaro Africa’s highest mountain) and the wilderness. The park is big covering 3000 square km area in Kenya and across the borders of Tanzania. You can either be in the park by road or air transport which takes about 240km driving Nairobi -arusha road through Meshanani gate and 228Km on Nairobi -mombasa road and 45 minutes to fly from Nairobi to close airstrip amboseli . The camp is convenient and affordable to tourists and travellers who want explore the park with its breathtaking views of Mt. Kilimanjaro and surrounding areas.
The red house consists of 3 bedrooms beautiful and comfortable raised tents overlooking the amazing view of Mt. Kilimanjaro and waterhole built in African traditional style with modern comfort. The house is perfect for individuals , sharing and family or group of 4 . Each room has its own private en -suite facilities of 3 bathroom with hot and cold showers, Mosquito nets, free toiletries, complementary bottled water, white beddings etc . Rooms have verandas, sitting areas and private balconies with a cozy atmosphere; you relax while overlooking the beautiful view of Mount Kilimanjaro, the park and animals along the waterhole. The camp has excellent and comfortable tents with clean and washed beddings. Rooms vary in size with single beds for individuals, double /twin beds for sharing as well as family tents. The camp has fireplaces that provide warmth to clients during nights. Rooms cost 300$ and above per night. But prices differ in different season where in peak season the price goes slightly high.

A kichen with restaurant in the main building that serves different meals both international and African- inspired meals that meet guest’s choice. Meals offered include buffet breakfast, Picnic lunch and dinner both in and outdoor dinners served by well trained, friendly and organized staff. The camp offers bush breakfast enjoying the morning sunrises and bush dinners overlooking the stars in the sky and sunset.
A bar with share lounge offering variety of drinks, local and international beers. You relax and sip any drink of your choice overlooking the stunning view of the waterhole, MT. Kilimanjaro and surrounding landscape.
