DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival

Welcome to Kenya: Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta international airport on day 1 of 10 days Amboseli, Masai Mara, Tsavo, Lake Nakuru & Lake Naivasha safari, you will be met and welcomed by our experienced safari driver who will brief you about this Kenya safari as you head to your hotel in Nairobi for an overnight depending on our arrival time. If you have more time in Nairobi, you may explore Nairobi national park.

Day 2: Nairobi and Transfer to Maasai Mara

Transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve: On day 2 10 days Amboseli, Masai Mara, Tsavo, Lake Nakuru & Lake Naivasha safari, you will wake up from the hotel, enjoy coffee tea as you wait to be picked up from your hotel in Nairobi city. Our driver or guide will pick you at around 7:00AM and set off your journey to Masai Mara national reserve. The drive will take about 5-6 hours inclusive with a scenic stopover at Great Rift Valley to have a perfect view. You will arrive in Masai Mara shortly afternoon and check into the camp /lodge and enjoy lunch. After lunch, you will depart for an afternoon game drive where you can be able to explore variety of wild animals such as lions, waterbuck, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas, elephants, buffalos, hippos among others, these species are best spotted around Mara River most especially in dry season. After game drive head back to the lodge /camp do freshen up and enjoy a freshly prepared Dinner and overnight stay at your lodge.

Day 3: Full Day Game Drive in Maasai Mara National Reserve

Full Day Game Drive in Masai Mara: Wake up early on day 3 of 10 days Amboseli, Masai Mara, Tsavo, Lake Nakuru & Lake Naivasha safari, have morning breakfast with pack lunch box. Head for morning game drive which is the best time to see the animals and a good chance to witness the hunt. On your full day activity, you will encounter very many amazing creatures in the park such as vast diversity of wild animals, attractions such as Oi Kinyei conservancy, Norok Museum, park’s scenery is also rewarding. At around 6:00PM return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay in the same camp you as above.

Day 4: Transfer to Lake Nakuru national park

Masai Mara national reserve to Lake Nakuru national park: After enjoying your breakfast on day 4 of 10 days Amboseli, Masai Mara, Tsavo, Lake Nakuru & Lake Naivasha safari, check out and meet your safari driver/ guide to set off from Masai Mara National Reserve and embark on a journey to Lake Nakuru National Park where you will be expected to arrive during lunch time. Check in your lodge, have lunch and later on enjoy an afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru to spot as many wildlife species as possible including abundant of Flamingo birds and many other stunning wildlife species that call this park their home.

Day 5: Transfer to Lake Naivasha

Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha: After enjoying your breakfast on day 5 of 10 days Amboseli, Masai Mara, Tsavo, Lake Nakuru & Lake Naivasha safari, head out for a morning game drive to spot more of the wildlife in Lake Nakuru national park after which you will exit the park and connect to a journey to Lake Naivasha which is yet another stunning birding destination in Kenya. You will enjoy your lunch and embark on an afternoon boat cruise along Lake Crescent Island. Return to your lodge later on for dinner and have an overnight rest.

Day 6: Transfer to Amboseli National Park

Lake Naivasha to Amboseli national park: Wake up early in the morning on day 6 of 10 days Amboseli, Masai Mara, Tsavo, Lake Nakuru & Lake Naivasha safari, have breakfast, then go for a remarkable game drive around Lake Naivasha. You will drive back to the lodge and check out to be transferred to Amboseli National Park. Arrive in time for lunch, check in at the lodge. Then drive to the park for incredible afternoon game drive where you will be able to spot wide herds of elephants and other animals like buffaloes, giraffes, lions, antelopes among others. After game drive, proceed to your lodge for refreshment, Dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 7: Full day Game drive in Amboseli National Park

Full Day Game drive in Amboseli national park: On day 7 of 10 days Amboseli, Masai Mara, Tsavo, Lake Nakuru & Lake Naivasha safari, wake up for breakfast then depart for your remarkable full day game drive to experience wildlife animals of this park such as Jackals, serval cat, Aardwolf, bush baby, wildebeest, baboons, spotted hyenas, Masai giraffes, cheetahs, Grant’s zebras, caracal, hippo among others. Return back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8: Transfer to Tsavo West National Park

Amboseli national park to Tsavo West national park: On day 8 of 10 days Amboseli, Masai Mara, Tsavo, Lake Nakuru & Lake Naivasha safari, wake up for breakfast at your lodge and then check out of the lodge to embark on a drive to Tsavo West national park with enroute lunch. After lunch, continue to drive to the park and you will arrive in the late afternoon, check in at the lodge and embark on an afternoon game drive in the park for best spotlight location of wildlife along the prominent Mzima Springs and some of the wildlife to see include hippos, leopards, crocodiles as well as variety of fish species inside the clear waters. You will later on return to your lodge for dinner and grab a night rest.

Day 9: Morning game drive and Transfer to Tsavo East national park

national park to Tsavo East National park: After breakfast at your lodge on day 9 of 10 days Amboseli, Masai Mara, Tsavo, Lake Nakuru & Lake Naivasha safari, you will checkout of your lodge and embark on a drive heading to Tsavo East national park with an enroute game drive as you exit Tsavo West. Tsavo East national park is a famous destination for man eating lions and large numbers of elephants. When you arrive in the park, you will have lunch after checking into your lodge then head for an afternoon game drive.  On the drive you will spot many animals such as cheetahs, cape buffaloes, red duikers, gerenuks, bushbucks, hartebeests, spotted hyenas, impalas, leopards, slender mongoose, lions, African wild cat and many more. After the afternoon game drive you will head back to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight rest.

Day 10: Drive back to Nairobi

Tsavo East national park to Nairobi: After morning breakfast at your lodge on day 10 of 10 days Amboseli, Masai Mara, Tsavo, Lake Nakuru & Lake Naivasha safari which is the final day of your 10 days Kenya safari, you will go for a morning game drive looking for predators such as lions, cheetahs, African wild dogs, leopards and many other animals. After the game drive you will head back to your lodge for lunch then checkout of your lodge and embark on a journey to back to Nairobi. In Nairobi you will be dropped off either at your hotel residence or at the airport for your departure flight.
